•Provide diversional activities, procedure preparation/education, and family support for hospitalized children in all inpatient and outpatient pediatric units, and supervision of volunteers/interns. Extensive time spent in the PICU, outpatient oncology clinic as well as the school-age unit.

•Oversaw playroom activities. Ensured availability of age-specific activities, games and toys in the activity room, and at the bedside while providing a clean and safe therapeutic environment for hospitalized children. Trained and supervised all pediatric volunteers.
