• Member of the Wireless Standardization Team that is responsible for writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aides to distribute to all Asset Managers and Desktop Technicians across all sites. • Wireless Account Manager • Provide site by site-based training to ensure continuity and compliance across all sites. • Coordinate multiple overlapping projects while the customer base is primarily remote.• Coordinate the schedule of the Asset Management team to have rotating days of remote work and on-site days to balance the safety of the team with the need for daily onsite coverage. • Provide seamless transition of in-office to remote work including procuring additional assets required to be issued for home use. • Responsible for the purchase, inventory records, issuance, shipping and Disposition of DLA Wireless assets.• Monthly wireless audits to remove lines that are no longer in use, out of compliance or not being used according to the wireless agreement. • Responsible for monitoring and assisting with all wireless devices issued across all DLA sites. • Assist with tracking and issuing secure wireless devices. • Verify bench stock inventory numbers monthly to prevent over ordering and overspending. • Participate in annual fiscal year audit.

• Oversee all wireless equipment requests for the Central Northern and Central Southern region.• Weekly reporting to the Contract Project Manager of the site’s performance. • Perform regular audits of the physical inventory and update Remedy accordingly. Properly dispose of end-of-life assets. • Review monthly audits to maintain active lines and remove unused lines to provide cost savings that are quantified in a monthly report. • Participate in the monthly 10% audit of the standard issue and high dollar IT assets. • Annual audit at the end of the Government fiscal year. • Forecast equipment needs for the coming year and submit orders for review and approval.

• Transfer the oversite, tracking and issuing of Wireless equipment from the Contract Team to the Asset Management Team. • Report to contract leadership weekly with provide the status on projects and challenges that may arise. • Responsible for overseeing wall to wall annual inventory.• Verify the physical inventory on hand. • Identify and report errors in the SOP’s and tracking system. • Monitor the ticketing system to ensure that tickets are given the appropriate priority and there are no aged tickets. • Transition from local Remedy ticket and asset tracking software to Enterprise wide Remedy ticket software and ITAM asset tracking software. • Ensure compliance with all DLA and Government Standards.

• Assist with coordinating site wide equipment upgrades. • Transition outdated and end of life equipment out of the environment. • Track equipment through its life cycle using the Remedy ticketing and Asset Tracking software. • Follow the standards for asset depreciation outlined in the Asset Management SOP.• Work with local government counterparts to provide a seamless support plan for the internal customer base.
