- Writes and edits descriptions for online job postings
- Manages administrative functions to ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner (new hire paperwork: W-2, I-9, work schedules, agreements and contracts; Requests For Information (RFI), Requests.
- Maintains current knowledge of I-9 and eVerify processes to ensure company compliance, while educating recruiting team on proper steps and procedures
- Payroll administration; ensures time is entered by contractors in a timely manner and approved by their time approvers; tracks vacation, sick time, and expense/mileage reimbursement; data entry and recording utilizing.
- Coordinates background and drug screening through HireRight
