I was accountable for the content marketing initiatives of this independent conference production company. I drove traffic to the website, increased brand awareness, generated leads for our sales team, and boosted conference registrations through an indirect means of marketing. I closely collaborated with IEN’s conference producers, corporate sponsors, speakers, influencers, and subject matter experts that were involved with our programs.• I wrote articles, white papers, and blog postings.• I created print ads, infographics, and other promotional materials.• I produced video content, webinars, and other creative assets to promote IEN’s events.• I managed media partnerships with various publications and associations.

I was responsible for putting together, from scratch, the intellectual content of FRA's high-level executive conference programs. This included conducting extensive market research for topic viability, collaborating with subject matter experts in various industries to create development-driven content, recruiting renowned experts from around the world to join our speaking faculty, identifying proper marketing platforms and areas of business development, writing all program materials and marketing copy, and acting as the project manager throughout the entire life of each program. On average, I produced 10 conferences a year.

The Hedge Fund Business Operations Association had a membership of over 700 hedge fund C-Suite executives and was a very useful resource for funds looking to optimize operations while being compliant with new and evolving regulation. As the Executive Director, I developed monthly webinars, put together quarterly newsletters, organized educational/networking luncheons, and produced the annual conference.

Greater Los Angeles Area

My primary responsibility was to manage and execute the production of all of all of our in-house programming, advertising, and promotional elements for each of our stations. I worked very closely with our clients to determine the best marketing strategies for their product. From conception to final edit, I was involved in the whole process both hands on and in coordinating the talent and crew. I collaborated with our sales team in creating unique sales packages and tools, and designed the “look and feel” of each of our stations branding and identity both on-air and in print.

Salinas, California Area

I conceptualized, produced, and edited programming, advertising,and station promos for a FOX and CBS affiliate. I effectively communicated with clients and account executives to determine the most successful marketing and promotional strategies. I produced on-air graphics, performed extensive product and market research, and met with appropriate sources in acquiring necessary permits, insurance, and documentation for legitimate shooting. I recruited, negotiated, and coached talent and outside crew. To sum it up, I did whatever it took to produce the highest quality and most cost-efficient product that our clients could imagine!
