-Served as main receptionist for office, including fielding phone calls from clients and technicians while providing accurate and timely information to ensure all lab procedures ran smoothly-Maintained a well-rounded understanding of processes within multiple facets of the company, which allowed me to provide work with multiple departments when one section needed more help than others-Oversaw office needs, including inventory for laboratory, office supplies, and preserving a favorable working client relationship to incentivize further interest in contracting our office for future projects
