As a 6th Grade English Language Arts Teacher at St. Ignatius School, Bronx, I apply my Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Minnesota to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for my students. I have over ten years of experience in the education field, working with diverse and multicultural populations in various settings. I have developed and implemented innovative and effective curricula, lesson plans, and assessments that align with the Common Core Standards and the school's mission and vision. I have also demonstrated my leadership and collaboration skills by mentoring new teachers, leading professional development workshops, and partnering with parents and community organizations.
