Merchant Support Manager
Current• Manage a team of merchant support specialists and managers locally and internationally• Create monthly assessments and trainings for local and international teams• Create and measure individual monthly incentives• Provide leadership and direction for monthly team initiatives• Coordinate team projects, manage progress, measure outcomes, report to VP of Operations• Create process workflows for department efficiencies• Coordinate, create and present quarterly business reviews for top merchants• Create companywide system training tools for internal and external client facing training • Collaborate with CEO and VP of Operations to maintain business compliance with merchant • relationships• Develop and maintain client and merchant relationships across various verticals • Present at various speaking engagements as needed for company sales & training.• Manage quality assurance for merchant support department both client and customer facing• Manage client issues and create solutions for long term effects • Present weekly client success and opportunities for growth with strategies to improve• Create and coordinate annal companywide holiday and spirit week events
