Designed and led the product development journey for fashion jewelry then belts in this fashion accessories company. Working on brands for top retailers including Walmart, Adrienne Vittadini, Nasty Gal, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Zara, and Private Label. Managed the belt division, increasing sales by 25% by developing new products, reinventing best-sellers, analyzing customer demographics, and benchmarking internal brands against the competition to gain a competitive advantage. Founded the design team for the Walmart division; managed the associate design staff and spearheaded 5 seasonal design campaigns yearly, generating over $6M in sales.Collaborated with domestic and international resources, working onsite, building relationships via client meetings, factory visits, and comp shopping.
