Wrote and edited job descriptions to maximize keyword relevancy, page views, and candidate visibility. Implemented and administered new ATS (Jobvite), managed job postings, sorted and prioritized applicants, scheduled interviews, customized and updated applicant auto-response messages, disposition codes/emails, and setup/remove internal users.
