My last 15+ years has been dedicated to being a community-based ecological planner, wetlands ecologist, and public outreach professional; with my driving mission being to conserve and protect the land and waters of the world. I'm known for helping build resilient communities, both natural and social, by actively listening, researching, designing, and implementing innovative projects and programs focused on conservation of land and water. I've had the opportunity to partner with diverse groups to adapt our daily practices and livelihoods in order to build resilience within the ecosystems of work and play. A colleague of mine recently summed me up and really made me smile. "Erin is an ambitious and talented woman striving to make her work impactful on our social and natural worlds.
