In my current role as a principal consultant at The Clearing, I help leaders and their teams develop and gain support for their innovation, causes, and value initiatives. I serve and empower my colleagues by promoting proactive problem solving, encouraging creative ideas, and celebrating success. Colleagues know me as a strategic thinker who can listen to challenges and recommend solutions and who can translate executive leader ideas into tangible action plans. There is nothing more rewarding to me than collaborating with innovative individuals and empowering teams to make extraordinary contributions to causes that matter. When I am not supporting my clients, I'm likely exploring Washington, D.C. on foot or bike.
