I completed my Business Management Degree at Munster Technological University, receiving a First Class Honours in May 2023.Following the completion of my 8-month work placement with JRI America Inc., where I contributed to the Governance Risk and Compliance Department, I transitioned into a full-time role with the company upon graduating. My dedication to excellence was further demonstrated as I concurrently balanced part-time employment at Primark on weekends while assuming the role of Project Manager for our intern project, presenting to senior management in both the Tralee and American divisions.In my current role at JRI America, I have had the opportunity to further hone my skills in various areas, including analytical abilities, effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving proficiency. Additionally, my previous experience working part-time with Primark and in roles within the retail and hospitality sectors has provided me with valuable insights into fast-paced environments where maintaining composure under pressure is essential.
