As the Operations Manager for the Jetts Fitness franchise startup, I oversaw the development and delivery of national operations initiatives, which included creating and implementing a national franchise program. I was responsible for developing and delivering training programs that supported the successful launch and management of new franchise locations.During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in scaling the company (before taking maternity leave) by implementing best practices in operational processes, vendor management, and team development.
