• Responsible for selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating industrial MRO products • Evaluates customer operations to aid in identifying key customer objectives and critical to quality for their facilities. • Structures preventative maintenance programs focusing on preventing downtime for critical processes• Coordinates and directs employee teams to manage capital projects for national accounts including logistics planning, project kitting, and on-time delivery based on project timelines. • Negotiates pricing and terms with key manufacturers and vendors and works with sourcing to secure pricing agreements based on customer volume• Participates in lean manufacturing and kaizen events to identify energy savings and process improvement opportunities• Utilizes Quickbase as a pipeline for ideas, implementation status, and overall visibility of key performance metrics and TCO deliveribles for the end user’s organization• Gathers and reports to management information regarding the company, competitors, pricing, products and current and future market trends as well as assists management and vendors in planning, tracking and implementing sales strategies and developing new markets
