The menu speaks about the influences of the various communities that had come to Fort Cochin for trade and the influence to the local cuisine and the improvisations.  Introduced an Armoury menu that explains the different arms & ammunitions used by the invaders. Since 1498 Fort Cochin was invaded by many and the Resto bar menu explains it all with a connect to favourite cocktails and bites. Brunton Boatyard enjoys the best ARR & RPAR in the city of Cochin.
