I am a seasoned healthcare product leader passionate about tackling hard problems and having a positive impact. I've been fortunate to work at a smaller growth-minded company for many years as it's matured, giving me the opportunity to explore different roles and build a range of skill sets including strategy development and translation, product and portfolio management, people management, change and project management, among others. I've also led the implementation of product and software development methodologies and gained the ability to adapt these methodologies to both where an organization is and where it's going. Central to my growth has been a focus on authentic and clear communication with people at all levels of the organization to work collaboratively, build effective relationships, and have some fun along the way. I thrive on continuous improvement and get energized by working with smart, diverse groups of people to spur change. My journey to-date has provided first hand experience working with stakeholders throughout the healthcare ecosystem including patients, providers, health systems, health plans and life sciences, all of which has left me with excitement and optimism for what the future holds.
