I led national talent recruitment strategy for the country’s largest charter school network, with over 160 schools serving 60,000 students. In this role, I built and deployed scalable talent strategies and systems across our 30+ regional teams, fueling our ambitious growth plans and resulting in the hiring of more than 7,000 teachers and staff across the country, doubling the size of the organization.

I created and launched the first national Community of Practice for talent recruitment staff across the national network of 100+ KIPP schools. In this newly created role, I established systems, captured best practices, onboarded new hires, and planned and facilitated trainings and professional development events including virtual workshops, multi-day in-person retreats, and Talent programming at the annual KIPP School Summit.

During my MBA internship I created a metrics and evaluation strategy to measure the success of the internal ad sales training program for the Online Sales and Operations team. My comprehensive recommendations were later adopted and implemented by a full-time team member.
