Responsible for creating customer service standard operating procedures, improving end-user experience, implementation of CRM system, and development and implementation of internal and external training/onboarding program, along with customer facing training materials on how to use the software program.

Participated in the Management-in-Training Program, rotating through 4 roles within the organization: Customer Service Representative, Purchasing Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Corporate Trainer. Accomplishments included, creating a New Hire Customer Service Training Program, a Continuing Education Program, Department Restructuring, Warranty Process Improvement and Cost Per Page Process Improvement, and Mobile Device Training. Supported the development of the mobility business sector, created and facilitated mobile device trainings.Participated in company wide business application rollouts: Quoting Tool, eProcurement tool, Call Manager Program, and Microsoft SharePoint.
