Guided nephrology partners and DaVita’s operating teams in formulating strategic initiatives to meet aligned partnership goals and promote long-term joint viability. Consulted multiple physician practice start-ups, mergers and relocation endeavors. Collaborated with Denver Nephrology, 30-physician practice, to compile revenue cycle management best practice toolkit for use by internal consulting team. Managed various market research projects assessing presence and growth potential. Developed practice assessment templates to review physicians’ coding patterns and evaluate revenue.

Directed a $12M financial management program, executed 33 services contracts totaling $6.7M, led staff of 5 who administered budget analysis and quality assurance. Selected as Air Force Hospital’s Junior Officer of 3rd Quarter, 2006. Garnered $400K in outstanding accounts receivable, a 12% increase from prior year. Led 11-member medical center command and control management team to "Excellent" rating during 2007 Pacific Air Forces' Operational Readiness Inspection.

Managed 20 caregivers generating over 59K outpatient visits and 675 admissions annually for 11K patients. Selected as Medical Operations Junior Officer of 1st Quarter, 2006. Scheduled 151 healthcare providers for initial electronic medical record training, resulting in increased patient satisfaction.

Analyzed patient discharge process improving patient throughput and reduced discharge laboratory turnaround times 15%.
