My name is Erin Gibbons and I am an enthusiastic and hard-working honors student at Fairfield University. I am passionate about volunteering in my community and look forward to bringing that passion to STEM. I am a junior with a major in biomedical engineering and double minors in mathematics and biochemistry. Outside of the classroom, I hold many leadership positions. I am particularly excited about spearheading the revival of an old club on campus called Engineers Without Borders. Additionally, I hold numerous leadership positions within the Center for Social Impact, the Office of Student Engagement and the Honors College. In these roles I am constantly making new connections while developing and refining my leadership, communication, mentorship and organizational skills. I hope to bring these skills to my future career in engineering.
