My name is Erin Guillen and I attack life with a passionate and positive attitude. As a competitive, energetic, and compassionate educator I am prepared for the experience that is teaching. I am competitive in the sense that I want all my students to succeed to the best of their abilities. Energetic in the sense that challenges and setbacks only fuel my determined spirit. I am compassionate to each individual I encounter and work with since something as simple as a smile can change a person’s whole day.I am an open minded individual who knows that remaining flexible in the classroom is a key component to success. I have chosen Language Arts as my major at Central Michigan University as I believe a strong foundation in reading and writing will empower any student to be successful in not only the classroom, but in life.
