Milorganite® fertilizer is one of the oldest branded fertilizers on the market today. For over 95 years Milorganite® has provided an environmentally friendly and recycled alternative to synthetic fertilizer. Milorganite's slow-release fertilizer remains inspired by our mission to improve the environment by recycling a valuable byproduct from the Greater Milwaukee water reclamation facilities. Milorganite® is derived from heat-dried microbes that have digested the organic material in the wastewater and is one of the world’s largest recycling efforts.Create, implement, and oversee marketing, advertising, branding, and communications programs that effectively educate and promote the Milorganite® fertilizer brand and how our customers can become good stewards of the environment.

TMP Directional Marketing (TMPDM) is the largest local search marketing agency, offering online, offline and mobile advertising solutions to top national brands. TMPDM's Interactive division, 15miles, was created in 2009 to handle our online and mobile marketing. 15miles provides integrated solutions with a focus on local search, enhancing clients' marketing strategies and growing their business through lead generation and sales conversions.Conceptualize and orchestrate integrated mobile marketing campaigns that effectively meet client goals and objectives. Manage company wide and client facing advertising reporting portal and project manager in the development of a new system.- Project manager on the development of a new reporting system; data integration and analysis, dashboard development, create internal and external user interfaces, and coordination and collaboration with our developer and IT.- Led a successful mobile product launch to the entire agency focusing in mobile search, directory, short-message-system (SMS), and display advertising.- Campaign setup, management, and analysis of mobile campaigns- Developed trainings and sales collateral to communicate product benefits, and organizing cross-functional teams to implement project plans.- Experienced with building, maintaining, negotiating vendor relations, contracts, and scope of work.

Assisted VP Media Planning to centralize marketing resources and develop and implement new processes and procedures.
