I graduated from Miami University's Farmer School of Business where I studied marketing and Interactive Media. Through my studies I discovered my passion for digital marketing, social media, graphic design and branding/brand presence.I had the honor of being the Head of Social Media at the media agency, FETCH Branding and Marketing directly after graduating. There, I built the the social media department from the ground up. During my role, I hired and onboarded a team, created department systems from scratch, and managed client relations. I completed my time at FETCH with a team of 5 and took the department from a few hundred dollars in revenue to over 6 figures in annual revenue.My ambition, work ethic, and continuous learning and curiosity has led me to start my own social media agency, Monarch Social Media Management. As the founder and CEO, I lead a growing team of social media managers and we proudly are on our way to serving 20+ monthly clients. Our goal at Monarch Social Media Management is to give clients the experience and expertise of having a full time social media manager at their disposal for a fraction of the cost of a full time employee.
