Counsyl became part of Myriad Genetics from Aug 2018. • Extended scope of the role to include project management; manage key projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders of all levels in the organization; projects include quarterly OKR process management, resource planning, and 40+ application demos with internal/external organizations • Planned, executed, and moderated 5+ weekly team meetings and monthly department all-hands meetings; built the agenda, gathered and created contents, moderated remote calls, wrote meeting minutes, sent follow-up emails with action items, and gathered feedback• Organized 40+ events at differing scales; events include product launch parties, annual meetings with the entire department, offsite events, field travels, and happy hours• Owned heavy calendars of up to five executives and handled administrative works including expense report, reimbursement, travel arrangement, subscription, patent, and declarations
