Put together Volunteer Fundraising Team. Team created a social media fundraiser that raised $34,500 for BIPOC Scholarships for The Krenov School.Help write newsletters and Annual Fund copy. * Responsible for managing all aspects of the Priory Alumni Relations Program, Alumni Annual Fund solicitations through Direct Mail and Email, and Alumni stewardship. * Worked with Board of Trustees on Alumni Program best practices survey.* Designs all printed materials including art direction and pre-press production through Adobe InDesign and professional print house.* Mailing list and appeal management through Raiser's Edge for all mail and email campaigns. * Reporting and analysis of mailing performance using Raiser's Edge and Excel* Plans and implements Annual Alumni Reunion weekend. * Maintains regular contact with the alumni base through regional events, e-newsletters and social media outlets.* Responsible for Alumni Program budget.* Editor of the Priory Annual Report. * Database Administrator for Development Department utilizing Raiser's Edge. * Onboards and trains new development associates for the Annual Fund.
