I am a biologist by training and a food scientist by trade, intrigued by the ever-changing world of food and supplement innovation. I am an expert in nutritional shake and beverage development as well as 2-piece hard shell capsule formulations. Continuously trying to grow and expand my knowledge in the food and supplement industry by being involved with IFT.I have worn many hats in my career, lab technician, personal care chemist, nutritional supplement scientist, regulatory manager and food scientist.
