Senior Human Resources Consultant
Current• Delivers virtual HR consulting or in-person coaching and HR services across the United States, with a focus on start-ups, high-growth, and small to medium sized businesses• Expertise in Developing Foundational HR Systems and Processes, HRIS System Selection & Implementation, Training and Development, Mentoring & Executive Coaching• Proven ability to link HR strategy to business goals and partner with colleagues to influence HR strategies and practices to benefit the organization• Guide businesses with creating and deploying customized HR tools and resources based on their business needs• Hands-on experience as an HR leader in the following industries: Non-Profit, FinTech, Spirits and CPG• Serve as a "fractional" HR Consultant while an employee is on a leave of absence, partner with a company on a project/as-needed basis, or serve as their ongoing HR support for leaders and employees
