The data leader is responsible to the school principal for assisting with the coordination and implementation of all aspects of school improvement and accreditation as identified by the school improvement plan and related accreditation agencies. Data Leaders are responsible for working with the Assessment Leader and Counselors on the coordination and implementation of the district’s Comprehensive Assessment System and related protocols. Responsible for the collection, analysis and dissemination of school data, complying with all district and state assessment protocols. Models effective, efficient, legal and ethical collection and dissemination of data. Coordinates on-going staff and student training opportunities regarding data through faculty meetings, teacher teams and school departments. Leads data-driven dialogue and reflection with teacher teams. Provides up-to-date and relevant data to teacher teams. Leads or assists school-level discussion and/or professional development.
