Beyond Zero Emissions Inc. (BZE.org.au) is a research and education organisation known for its work designing and implementing a zero emissions economy for Australia. Key Responsibilities:• Liaising with various Heads of Departments to ascertain their labour requirements • Establishing a volunteer system – database, mailing lists, format letters, volunteer kit• Recruiting, researching and rostering approx. 130 volunteer staff• Completing references for all volunteer staff• Completing bank reconciliations• Personal Assistant to DirectorsKey Achievements:• Implementing from scratch a volunteer scheme that sourced, placed and utilised the skills of 130 volunteers across a 3 day arts and music festival that was attended by 10,000 people. This was a huge cost savings to the organisation.
