While at Booz Allen, I provided functional expertise in the form of project management, communications and facilitation, asset management, data analysis and training development for the Commercial Services and Park Facility Management Divisions of the National Park Service(NPS). I have contributed to a variety of NPS projects including support and facilitation for numerous Work Groups, Guidance Manual development and Project Management Office. I have developed and contributed to technical training material, business practices, guidance materials, and safety and risk management documents for the NPS.In my work with the NPS, I am responsible for:•serving as project management support for the NPS in conducting workshops across 66 parks to prioritize park asset portfolios and allocate federal funding to mission critical assets. •facilitation of in-person and web-based asset management workshops for National Park units and development of summary deliverables and excel based tools resulting from the workshops. •coordinating logistics, SharePoint site creation and management, providing group communications and developing material for annually occurring, week-long training. I provides communication to participants nationwide, develops course material, and serves as the facilitator of the week long course. •providing regular project management support to several working groups of subject matter experts and field staff nationwide. •facilitating and providing support to four governance board committees with varying focus points to review and approve business initiatives with servicewide impact. •developing presentation and course material content and facilitation of a week-long leadership training. •leading a regional leadership meeting, in which members were asked to make executive decisions to the commercial services program policies and regulations.•performing large scale national data collection and analysis of federal asset inventories.

While at Louis Berger, I provided streetscape, urban planning and urban design services for the District of Columbia. I deveoped graphics and design documents for compliance documents, public awareness and display. I also provided analytic and facilitation services related to National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and environmental compliance for several government agencies (National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Department of the Army), including roles in several public hearings with a range of government, civil and private stakeholders.

Alexandria, Virgnia

I provided streetscape, urban planning and urban design services for the District of Columbia and the City of Alexandria, Virginia. I was responsible for the research and development of urban corridor development plans for evolving neighborhoods and corridors within the District of Columbia. I played an integral role in the extensive public review and meeting process, which included working closely with several community groups, various ward residents, business owners and public service organizations. In this role I provided conceptual drawings, design drawing, plan details and planting plans. I also performed site work, analysis and inventory of neighborhoods and corridors, which I translated into graphic representations for public presentations. I developed graphics and materials and provided facilitation services for contentious neighborhood meetings to discuss the redevelopment of historic neighborhoods in the District of Columbia, as well as for public hearings with a range of government, civil and private stakeholders.

Mclean, Va

As a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, I provided data analysis and project management support in managing 9 contractors executing asset inspections at over 170 parks nation-wide. In this role, I provided daily schedule and progress updates through a variety of tracking and analysis tools and several daily conference calls. I developed business practice documents, risk management protocol, training and presentation materials. I also provided quality assurance checks on large scale contractor data sets.I also provided proposal documentation support; analysis, documentation and tracking of 50,000+ public comments as part of the NEPA compliance process for several Bureau of Land Management projects. In this role, I also provided graphic development for websites and public meetings.
