As the Director of Business Development for Centennial Hills Hospital, I initiate and implement business development strategies, alongside the Chief Executive Officer, across all hospital service lines and targeting key physicians. Conduct market research with data analysis prepared for the Chief Executive Officer, including physician leakage opportunities based on PCP and Specialists’ referral and utilization ratios. Lead the creation and execution of the facility’s annual strategic business plan. Initiate business plans and proposals for various service line expansions, multiple floor build outs, and equipment acquisitions. Supervise the Physician Relationship Manager and business development strategies associated with the Physician Relationship Management Program. Oversee The Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center at Centennial Hills Hospital as the Executive Sponsor.

The Physician Services Department acts as a liaison between physicians and Centennial Hills Hospital to enhance communication between medical staff and Centennial Hills Hospital Administration. Implemented business development strategies, alongside the Chief Executive Officer, across all hospital service lines and targeting key physicians. Responsible for the oversight of physician recruitment and income guarantee agreement contracts, working in conjunction with UHS Corporate Recruiting Department. Coordinated community events, seminars, provider fairs and speaking engagements with physicians and hospital administration.

Coordinated serious incident event analysis with staff and leadership, developed action plans to reduce risk and enhance physician and patient safety, and conducted risk management in-services to Premier Physician members. Organized practice manager seminars and CME/CEU seminars for physicians and nurses.
