With over twenty years of experience in sales coordination and support, and customer service, I am passionate about providing excellent service to clients and collaborating with sales teams. I have a strong background in MS Office, customer service, Salesforce and data entry, and I enjoy using these skills to create and deliver contracts, proposals, and reports. I currently work as a Sales and Campaign Coordinator at Lamar Advertising Company, where I liaise between sales and other departments, and manage customer databases and communications.In my role at Lamar, I am responsible for ensuring that the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently, from order entry to proof of performance. I work with 8+ sales team members, and provide direct administrative support to the sales manager and general manager. I also maintain and update daily and weekly client spreadsheet requirements, and follow up on any issues or concerns with their contracts.
