I discovered through my range of positions that I have a passion for people but also selling and having fun. This led me to Dakota Chrysler Center. Being able to utilize selling skills in relation to people oriented services, I love to be challenged, a goal keeps me going and every day I continue to learn about the automobile industry. In our store, customer service is number one. I love being able to sell because I believe in something and when you are passionate about something, it is not selling, it is loving what I do and I am having fun working with a great team and great customers!I also explored the world of marketing etc. with Home Instead Senior care and learned a great deal about not only marketing, but selling in a service oriented culture.During my 10 year history at Red River Human Services, I was the Program Coordinator for Individualized Supported Living Arrangement (ISLA) and Family Supports. I worked hard to be an outside-the-box thinker in supervising and mentoring our staff. I strived to be a top customer service provider while working with our clients to set up their programming, budgeting, reporting and other tasks, while focusing on helping our clients enjoy the highest quality of life.I will always celebrate others successes as I would my own and the ability to grow a business and provide opportunity for others inspires me.
