I am passionate about passing on the skills that I have developed, and so annually I assist in the organization of, and adjudicate for the Barwon Junior Debating program, run for grade 6 students in the Geelong region. Students are expected to learn the mechanics of debating in class, and then in teams, prepare 4 debates covering a range of topics over the course of Terms 2 and 3. Students first challenge themselves with 2 topics requiring research and preparation, and then conclude the competition with 2 'secrect' topics, in which they have 30 minutes to prepare their cases.

Provide credit advice to empower clients when purchasing or refinancing property, both as their own home, or as investment.

Responsible for:- payroll processing, validation and reporting- payables- receivables, including credit management, and bank reconciliation - income/revenue audit- month end processing, including P&L and balance sheet preparation, ledgers.- staff training, including Night Audit, Cashier, Hotel Orientation and Brand.- on site liaison for IT, including supplier management, systems rollout

Over the 5 years that I worked at Clyde Park, I saw the winery grow from a pie warmer and microwave and pizza oven café to a spectacular wedding and function venue, capable of delivering amazing food, wine and service.
