I am currently working to complete my 300hr YTT which will bring me to a 500RYT certificate as of November 2021.I am very excited to assist you in your journey to practice yoga with the intent of feeling good - mind, body and soul! Yoga is a deeply personal practice that you commit to in order to show devotion to self compassion. My practice has helped me to recover from some very dark places after experiencing a severe case of post partum depression and anxiety. I would love to work with you to find your breath and regain clarity in your life with the help of yoga!     Being a part of the Pan Am Games has been a life-changing experience working with some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Working with CIBC as the main sponsor of the Pan Am Games, the Celebrations team was responsible for creating the final corridor for the torch to run in at a day and evening celebration across Ontario for 41 days prior to the start of the Pan Am Games. As a supervisor, I was responsible for coordinating event logistics on-site and troubleshooting with the Toronto 2015 team and managing the team of brand ambassadors to set-up, activate and tear down at each site then travel to the next. CIBC put on a stage show to help form a corridor for the torchbearer to run through on stage at each celebration. My role was to the layout of the corridor and positioning for each celebration show with Toronto 2015 and our team and directing the show's AV cues during the celebration. I was also in charge of managing the CIBC pre-show activations with our brand ambassadors at events, setting up our assets while ensuring that during the activation we were reaching out campaign goals.
