Realizing a need in the military and civilian community for programs serving pre/postnatal women, I launched FIT4MOM Killeen which provided pre/postnatal wellness programs for women in all stages of motherhood. This included fitness classes, social and family programs, and creating a resource catalog to connect members with other relevant needs. Success included bringing awareness and action to the community about the benefits of women's wellness in all stages of motherhood and was achieved through continuous recruitment, networking, partnerships, and sponsorships with both clientele and local, national, and global businesses.

Multiple Locations

During my time in service I was responsible for maintaining personnel files for approximately 170 employees at any given time while ensuring confidentiality and proper standard operating procedures. In addition, I was responsible for the maintenance and dispatching of over $1.8 million of military equipment.During this time I managed over 1500 personnel transactions, developing tracking systems that ensured the company exceeded standards for timely submission of personnel actions and tasks and communicated effectively with diverse populations.Success in my role led to being responsible for the training of two senior leaders in company operation programs, providing leadership and supervision of 4 employees, and ensuring proper training and readiness.
