Along with developing strategies and programs to enable our firm’s geography, industry, sales and customer experience teams, I’ve had the pleasure of working on the design and implementation of a firm-wide growth strategy, an integrated system to help our clients achieve their primary business goals. As part of my role with the Markets, Clients & Industry team at Grant Thornton, I guide and give focus to our work streams with a focus on developing our culture, strengthening our processes, and delivering measurable results for our firm.I joined Grant Thornton in 2011 as the first Strategic Account Director for Financial Services, helping to shape this new program and its team of account-based marketers. Prior roles at Ernst & Young, Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) and Arthur Andersen built my skills in managing teams, reaching our clients effectively and developing proven programs to generate revenue. Staying true to my Texas roots in my adopted hometown of New York City, I’m known to throw out a y’all or two when the situation calls for it. Living here allows me to keep up with my passions for theatre and the arts, seeing every Broadway show I can and making weekly visits to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
