Responsible for adherence to project specifications, generating accurate QC information for 200+ piles, tracking over $300k of T&M work, tracking obstruction drilling in conjunction with complex contractual provisions, created cost/revenue report to track daily and aggregate profitability, ensured that no work outside of contract scope was performed without written direction from GC, and creation of change order requests.Hayward Baker - Yucca Loma Bridge : Apple Valley, CA 2014Construction of bridge deep foundation for 4-lane bridge across the Mojave River bed for the town of Apple Valley. Created and maintained cut sheets, QC sheets, and testing sheets, for 48ea. 10’ diameter and 12ea. 7’ diameter piles. Performed Mini-SID and SoniCaliper testing of each shaft, creation of pour logs, creation of labor optimization reports and analysis, creation of equipment utilization and optimization reports, liaison between field and office personnel to coordinate production and ensure profitability.Hayward Baker - Crenshaw Light Rail : Los Angeles, CA 2014/2015Construction of deep foundations for bridges on large scale light rail project. Responsible for representing organization in pre-con meetings, readiness reviews, and coordination meetings, responsible for labor/equipment utilization optimization, scheduling sub-contractors, troubleshooting and problem solving QC issues in the field, creation of miscellaneous CAD drawings including equipment laydown and pick plans, creation of safety submittals including pick-plan calculations, sequence and schedule planning with field superintendent, provide production look-ahead, ensure project specification adherence
