As the COO of Lil' Miss Organization, I am engaged in the project from the first conversation all the way to the end. I pride myself on being an integral part of the journey with my clients, guiding them each step of the way.With a strong presence through social media, tips and tricks are updated to keep those DIY individuals motivated and inspired.

Since beginning as the Small Business Account Manager, I have incorporated several larger commercial accounts in my current book and by November 2014, added the role of Middle Market Account Manager. Throughout these changes, I have continued to head the Staffing Division. As of July 2015, I added the Property/Large Habitation practice to my overall book of business, with a concentration on multi-family property management. With the exception of some outlier clients, my book of business consists of accounts $500,000 in premium and below.Regardless of size, I strive to assist my clients in maintaining the best coverage, ensuring their insurance program is exceptional and specifically tailored to their business needs and exposures. During my time with MJ Insurance, I was a part of the Construction Division of the Commercial Lines team. I assisted two Account Managers with daily procedures, including but not limited to: marketing accounts, rating accounts with carriers, processing requests from clients, processing policies and endorsements, daily client interaction, etc.I was also a part of the Culture Committee, a team that worked to involve the entire company in community service and events. In my short time, I was able to help plan and execute several events with the Dayspring Center in downtown Indianapolis.

Old National Insurance is where I started my insurance education. Beginning in an Administrative role, I moved on to assist Service Associates/Producers in the Large Commercial Lines, Professional Liability and Commercial Bonds divisions which included but was not limited to: marketing accounts, rating accounts with carriers, processing requests from clients, processing policies and endorsements, daily client interaction, completing the entire bond process from client request to issuance, etc.I was also the Notary Specialist for the State of Indiana and processed notary bond requests and renewals for Old National Insurance, Old National Bank and all clients.
