Business administration for the NHSAs part of the Apps team, I perform a number of administrative business duties that help NHS service users access essential services and funding as quickly as possible. During the university summer break I worked at a market research company gathering data used on large scale marketing campaigns through telephone interviewing.

My duties included:- assisting group work-marking children’s homework according to success criteria- class presentations in key subjects including English, Maths and Science- assisting in playground duties alongside work mentor- helping to organise children in preparation for school nativity - preparation of classroom learning materials and worksheets prior to the start of the school day

I helped run a student-led coffee and snack counter within the English department at Percy Building foyer. Main duties:- cash flow- food stock levels - coffee making This built my customer service skills within a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
