Responsible for leading overall operations, including access, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, systems, and quality & compliance teams for Vertex's Guidance and Patient Support program supporting our cystic fibrosis franchise.

Responsible for the development and delivery of learning and development programs that support patient engagement, access and adherence activities for the 100+ member Guidance & Patient Support team.Sept - Dec 2019 Rotation as District Leader for Southeast region Patient Support Team. Led and supervised 11-member team through company's largest drug launch to-date (Trikafta®) to support newly-eligible patients with cystic fibrosis accessing this medication.

Oversaw an eight-member BUSPH team of investigators who are developing and applying an Integrated Metrics and Evaluation Framework to support Access Accelerated, a first-of-its-kind collaboration focused on improving care for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) involving more than 20 biopharmaceutical companies and associations. Ensured an independent and transparent report on progress of access to NCD care and prevention by programs under Access Accelerated umbrella.

In the director role, led the overhaul of the nation's only public health pharmaceutical program to be in line with BUSPH's overall curriculum reform. Oversaw the progression of more than 120 students enrolled in the certificate program which requires specific coursework and practicum. Coordinated internal, external, and student advisory boards and provides direction for curriculum and seminar components of the program.

Instructor for International Health 722: Supply Chain Management for Improved Health System Performance for Spring 2014 half-semester. Served as the "Executive-in-Residence"​ to the Pharmaceuticals Program offering strategic program guidance, curriculum development skills, and advice to students (Jan - Jun 2014) and sat on the program's External Advisory Board.
