In the role of Senior P&C Partner, I am the strategic business partner to key leaders at the flagship North Ryde Hospital, responsible for delivering key cultural change initiatives aligned to strategy and focussed on improvement and growth.

Responsible for partnering Business Leads on changes that create value through process optimisation and standardisation of work. Responsible for ensuring that changes are aligned with Lion’s cultural aspirations and are executed in a way that supports positive people experiences.

Responsible for leading complex change across a large Supply Chain network for a $300m transformation at Lion which included significant people and process changes.

Responsible for leading the people aspect of an operating model transformation, delivering new ways of working, organisation design and capability to support digital and customer strategy This included the transition of services to an offshore service provider.
