In the role of Manager, People & Culture Partnering, I lead the business partner team across the network to partner leaders and deliver key cultural change initiatives aligned to business strategy and growth.

In the role of Senior P&C Partner, I am the strategic business partner to key leaders at the flagship North Ryde Hospital, responsible for delivering key cultural change initiatives aligned to strategy and focussed on improvement and growth.

Responsible for leading complex change across a large Supply Chain network for a $300m transformation at Lion which included significant people and process changes.

Responsible for leading the people aspect of an operating model transformation, delivering new ways of working, organisation design and capability to support digital and customer strategy This included the transition of services to an offshore service provider.
