I oversee a team responsible for supporting critical infrastructure, physical access control, and security operations. My role involves combining and streamlining processes and technology across the business to enhance reliability, improve operational efficiency, and achieve cost savings.I play a key role in the MSP onboarding team, managing the outsourcing of critical tasks such as break/fix, maintenance, and operational work. This strategic delegation allows us to focus on core competencies and optimize resource allocation.Additionally, I supported the onboarding process that successfully integrated 42 new team members.
