• Responsible for end user support for all bank applications and systems.• System management for Jack Henry suite of products. Includes Jack Henry Silverlake, Synergy, Vertex Teller, Xperience, Passport, 4Sight, Profit Stars Remote Deposit, goDough Mobile Banking.• Maintain and manage bank applications, including installations, updates and upgrades.• Coordinate individual and group trainings for bank systems.• Project Management of various bank conversions, product conversions and new product rollouts.• Act as IT Steering Committee Chair Person.• Participate in risk assessments for new products and services.• Develop, implement, and manage IT policies, IT procedures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity plans.• Vendor management, including due diligence, annual assessments, contract management.• Work directly with bank auditors and examiners.• Business Intelligence report writing using Cognos 8 (Impromptu) software.• Responsible for all Treasury Management operations and products, including Remote Deposit, Account Analysis and Commercial Online Banking (including ACH, Wires and Positive Pay).

• Assist homebuyers with buying and selling their homes.• Negotiate real estate contracts and transactions.• Eliminate confusion and create enjoyable home buying experience. • Networking and building strong client base.• Experience with Showings.com, MLS (REColorado), CloudCMA.com, Referral Maker, CTM eContracts.

• Management of all existing loan and deposit relationships - $60+ million portfolio • Loan and deposit compliance• Collateral tracking• Processing construction draws and analyzing inspections• Preparing commercial loan packages and attending closings • Loan Assistant duties – pulling credit, ordering and reviewing title work, analyzing tax returns, etc• Ordering and reviewing residential and commercial real estate appraisals• Relationship management support

• Transitioning and managing Treasury Management accounts• Client interaction, support and retention • Commercial online banking, Remote Deposit and ACH setup and customer training• New account openings and product cross selling • Merchant services
