Responsible for definition and development of features within the Promotions family of products. The responsibilities include documenting each feature within an agile backlog, collaborating with a software engineering team to groom the design and implementation of the feature, prioritization the backlog, participating in daily scrum rituals to track progress of development, coordinating user testing of features staged for release, coordinating with Product Marketing to launch features, and collect feedback on feature adoption.

Defines the vision and strategy for operational and strategic product introductions. Collaborates with the senior leadership team to drive the expected user experience. Mentors middle-managers to build leaders and foster innovation.Responsible for the management, mentorship and goal attainment of four disparate teams in the areas of User Experience Design, Operations, New Product Development and Marketing OperationsDefined the strategy, vision and product roadmaps for 28 client-facing products with an annual P&L of $45.7m.
