- As corporate counsel I manage legal work for the R&D and Software business lines I have expertise in software, licensing, consortiums, lean manufacturing, and IP. I also manage client relationships globally across the different centers. - I frequently interface with governmental organizations. I've helped expedite commissioning, recoup receivables and build solid relationships through buy-in. I also support State, Federal or international permit requests along and counsel on government compliance or audits. - Experience working with intra-startups. I assist with diligence for product or technology development and launches. I also work with these organizations to develop strategy and answer general start-up questions. - I have extensive drafting experience. -As in-house counsel gained extensive global supply chain and procurement expertise from advising the inaugural global supply-chain group, and assisted in navigating first impression questions such as contracting with the federal government. -Researched, drafted and negotiated a variety of complex contracts, policies and procedures.- Researched and advised on novel service projects or product lines, involving newly patented technology or introductions into new jurisdictions. - Familiar with government interface and engagement from assisting business lines with permit requests and general statue interpretation, for example around risk and product liability. -Helped mitigate risk by training business on contract, risk and compliance related issues through various presentations.

-General research and analysis on a variety of issues arising from the Museum’s tax exemption status. Assisted in drafting HR/Compliance handbooks, policies and procedures. -Drafted incoming/outgoing loan agreements, agreements for acquisitions, gifts and commissions as well as similar contracts.-Drafted language for the Museum’s first e-commerce site and reviewed major commission agreements for the institution.

Vallourec and Mannesmann Tubes Corp. is a manufacturer of seamless steel tubes and a variety of other tubular products. -When material was delivered defective, or not to customer specifications, I managed repairs. - Managed several multi-million dollar repair projects. - Conducted off-site visits to vendors to manage repairs. - Worked full-time throughout college and my first year of law school.
