Erin co-created and directed the following program for college women aboard a 40ft catamaran in the US Virgin Islands for 8 days:It is our goal to better the world through developing female leaders with an emphasis on character building and community building.Embody leadership as a state of mind and state of being while sailing, snorkeling, hiking, and connecting with other women. This experiential learning program teaches participants the skills and qualities for becoming authentic, inspired, conscious leaders.Daily practices, such as journaling and meditationDaily leadership lessons and philosophiesDiscussions of hot topics in conscious leadershipExperiential learning & opportunities to apply lessonsParticipant-led activities & opportunities to exploreThis is an on-going role with annual expeditions.
