I’m currently a student with Merit America, where I am learning and succeeding in their IT support program. My interests have always been troubleshooting problems and logistics. I’ve had many opportunities to fine-tune those skills throughout the years. I have worked in Guest Relations for The Walt Disney Company and as an Office and Payroll Manager for a Mcdonald's Franchisee. Since both these jobs required not only customer service but technical knowledge, IT support seemed like a natural next step.
