Erin is an entrepreneurial-minded marketer that is highly intuned with the customer experience. She has 10 years of experience in taking ideas or insights and transforming them into products that people use daily. Plus, once in-market she's proven to deliver growth having taken multiple companies from $0 of revenue to $1 million in less than a year. Erin is no stranger to the startup community. She has gone through top accelerators, including 500 startups, raised venture capital, and even lived in the mecca of Silicon Valley. She’s spent the majority of her career starting and creating new businesses both on her own and within a corporation. She was selected as a recipient of The Women of Influence Award Class of 2017. She is motivated by using marketing and business as a force for good and changing the hearts and minds of humanity. In 2009, she grew her fashion blog, Reality Chic, into a business and was featured as a Microsoft Champion, appeared on a reality tv show ALL ON THE LINE on with Joe Zee (Creative Director of ELLE Magazine), and secured brand partnerships with T.J. Maxx, Accessorize, Shoe Dazzle, The Huffington Post, and attended Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Her first startup was created after seeing the problems first-hand between bloggers and brands, at a time when influencer marketing wasn’t “a thing.” She co-founded Canopi one of the top 5 influencer networks, in 2011 which reached over 40M people every month with 2,700 bloggers. She worked with brands such as ELLE Magazine, Lacoste, and Dockers. Then, she went on to lead marketing strategy and execution for E.W Scripps and WCPO Insider, a local ABC affiliate station in Cincinnati, Ohio. She helped launch its first-ever digital subscription service at a local television station. She’s experienced in directing marketing, brand, public relations, and product management. That said, admittedly her strength is in aligning and motivating a team around solving a customer problem. She also has been heavily involved in executing marketing for day-to-day growth from partnerships with Nordstrom to features on Good Morning America. She truly understands the ins and outs of what it takes to build a business and create a marketing strategy from scratch to bring new products to the market. She currently is the co-founder and CEO of Cladwell. The Cladwell of today is a personal styling app that makes getting dresses easy, but they envision the future of Cladwell as a simple-to-use online styling platform, where anyone can be a stylist.She only writes in 3rd person for LinkedIn.
