Erin oversees 13 communities and has developed a team of professionals that share her passion for building relationships and achieving results. Her expertise in the multi-family housing industry and commitment to excellent customer service is fundamental to the success of McKinley’s Southern Region. Her ability to consistently produce positive financial trends, while providing valuable and effective leadership, lends to the enrichment of fellow team members as well as the residents in McKinley’s communities throughout the South. Erin lives in Orlando with her husband and three dogs. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, and is dedicated to the empowerment and support of her team members and colleagues in achieving their goals.

Erin is the manager of Portofino Apartments, an exclusive corporate housing property within the McKinley portfolio. She is responsible for the property's performance, both sales and operations. By leading her team Erin produces both quality product, as well as exceptional customer experience.

As McKinley’s Orlando Suites Specialist, Erin provides indispensible support to the suites properties in the Orlando area and Central Florida. Core to the ongoing development and expansion of McKinley’s suites properties in the area, Erin works closely with Corporate Management to oversee these properties and develop marketing tools to ensure all properties are consistently at capacity. While working with local businesses and vendors, Erin has formed ongoing relationships with some of the largest companies in Central Florida, as well as the United States. On behalf of McKinley, and with her “can do” attitude, Erin continues to offer innovative initiatives and ideas to her supervisors and peers, as well as provide the utmost service to the customers she serves.
